Role Overview

As our team continues to grow, we’re looking for a Python API  and Backend senior developer (M/F) to join our R&D hub in Nantes.

This is a unique opportunity to:

Key Responsibilities

• Establish best practices for high code quality and team productivity
• Collaborate with Product and cross-functional teams to define requirements and roadmap
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies into the backend stack
• Ensure an excellent API experience tailored for Data Scientists and contribute to backend services built with Node.js

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 8+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong expertise in Python and NodeJS
• Experience designing intuitive APIs and architecting scalable Python projects
• Solid understanding of machine learning workflows is a strong plus
• Mastery of software design patterns and development methodologies
• Experience contributing to or maintaining Python open-source projects is a bonus
• Knowledge of building frontends with React is appreciated
• Proficient in automated testing methodologies (TDD, BDD)
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Passionate about writing high-quality, maintainable code
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
